ALTERNATIVE ROCK LEGENDS PIXIES RETURN TO FORUM KARLIN
One of the most influential bands in the history of music, without which the work of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Radiohead or even The Strokes, the legendary Pixies, would not have been created, is returning to Prague's Forum Karlín. And since no Pixies show is the same as the previous one, what's more, even the one played one day ago, you shouldn't miss this unique musical experience!
The Pixies' concert setlist is characterized by the fact that it doesn't actually exist. During concerts, the band's frontman, Black Francis, selects from about 90 songs the ones he thinks are best suited for the night and that he thinks fans would enjoy the most. And that's why fans at 120 % enjoy every Pixies show. So if someone thought they would skip the Pixies next year because they saw them on their last visit to Prague, they might be wrong.
Seven studio albums that have changed and are changing the rock genre, quirky yet catchy melodies, a signature sound that no other band can replicate, and a whole new generation of enthralled fans and influential musicians. That's the calling card of a band that went for it headfirst in the late '80s and that still has something to say today.
